- Each regular registration includes entry to all technical sessions (including tutorials, workshops and panels), the welcome reception on March 18, coffee breaks and lunches during the main conference (March 18-20), as well as the banquet on March 19.
- Each student registration includes all the items in regular registration.
- To qualify for the student rate, students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status by uploading a PDF during the online registration.
- An accepted paper will be submitted for publication in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the payment of at least one regular registration (IEEE member or Non-Member) for one of the authors. If all authors of the paper are students, i.e., at least one author needs to do a regular registration.
- No accepted paper is included in the Proceedings without the payment of the required registration fee.
- Each regular registration covers a maximum of two papers, and each IEEE Life member registration covers one. Presentation of another paper will incur a charge of NOK 2,500 (including tax). A single registrant can cover a maximum of 5 papers total. Please note a journal paper presentation counts as 1 paper.
- For page limits, please see Page Limitation and Submission Format on the Submission Instructions. Up to two additional pages will be permitted for an additional charge of NOK 1,250 per page.
- IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from the distribution after the conference, including IEEEXplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference. Additional details can be found at IEEE Paper Submission Guidelines.
- Any Extra Social Program Ticket includes entry to both the reception on the 17th, and the banquet on 19th of March.
Cancellation Policy
Any registration cancellations must be made in writing directly. If received on, or before Feb 15, 2025, IEEE SSCI 2025 will apply a NOK 625 administrative fee and refund the remainder of your registration fee, after the conference. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Feb 15, 2025.
