Organ recital in Nidarosdomen
We start the conference with a fascinating organ recital in the historical landmark of Trondheim, the Nidaros Cathedral (Nidarosdomen). The cathedral is located almost in the middle of the city center of Trondheim and about 20 minutes walking distance from the conference hotel.

Reception in Archbishop's Palace
Right after the organ recital, we will move to the reception location. The reception will take place in "Archbishop's Palace" which is conveniently located next to the cathedral. The historical atmosphere will follow us into this amazing location as well. We will pass through the museum and arrive at the large historical halls for the reception.

Conference dinner at the conference hotel Clarion
The conference dinner will be held in the conference hotel. A local band will perform during the dinner and best paper awards will be announced. The conference hotel, Clarion, has a sky bar with the very nice view of Trondheim's fjord for people who would like to have a glass of drink any time.

SSCI 2025 offers other opportunities for networking and socializing:
Coffee breaks:
During the main conference, there will be coffee breaks with snacks which will be served in the large hall, right in front of the conference rooms. In addition to coffee breaks with snacks, coffee and tea will be available during the whole day.
Lunch breaks:
During the lunch breaks, participants will have a buffet lunch in the conference hotel's restaurant area. Large selection of foods will take the dietary requirements into consideration.
